The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth

With a book named "The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth", one is bound to at least take a peek to satisfy that urge for immortality . "What do I have to do?" is the question on my mind. Drink some magical but yucky potion? Go to the gym. Buy "The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth Part 2" ? No, No and No (although there is a Part 2)

The answer is The Five Tibetan Exercises, which are a series of five exercises done a maximum of 21 times each coupled with breathing in and out at the right time. Some of the routines looked like yoga. A quick youtube search showed me several practitioners giving a demo and out of them, the following video did a good job of showing how its done:

Some of us might recognize Raageshwari(Indian pop singer, actress, model, television anchor, former MTV and Chanel V VJ a Yoga expert and a motivational speaker) in this video and most of us might get stuck looking at the video cause she looks gorgeous in this one ;)

After trying it out, these are the benefits I have personally experienced:

1. A feeling of calm throughout the day along with energy
2. No common cold since the day I started (April 12th 2012)
3. Used to have to blow my nose very frequently but now, no more trips to the washroom for that reason
4. Goodbye to my dust allergy
5. Don't yawn as much as before
6. Chronic cough is gone
7. No weight loss (yeah, you read that right)
8. Living a 100 years (check back on April 12th 2112 ;)

Do try it out and let me know whether it worked for you. Here is a webpage that explains why the 5 Rites work and how to do it properly:
